Taking Back-Ups
We highly recommend that your back-up procedure be automated. Users should maintain at least one week's worth of daily back-ups. Here are some other back-up tips to keep in mind.
- Back-ups should be tested periodically to ensure that data is restorable
- If using tape backup, all workstations have to be logged out of Oneir while the backup takes place so that files are not locked.
