The annual support plan includes unlimited telephone, fax and email support, as well as after hours emergency support. Up-to-date subscribers are also entitled to receive free updates to their Oneir Solutions products.

Regular support hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. After hours emergency support is available between the hours of 6:00pm and 10:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am and 9:00pm Saturday and Sunday. All times are EST.
