Oneir Solutions' Customer Support is a comprehensive program designed specifically to address any concern relating to the purpose or functionality of Oneir Solutions' products, such as Point of Sale POS Software, Inventory Management System and Business Accounting Software. We pride ourselves on our customer intimate approach to servicing Oneir Solutions customers, while making every effort to assist in resolving any issue pertaining to Oneir Solutions.

The annual support plan includes unlimited telephone, fax and email support, as well as after hours emergency support. Up-to-date subscribers are also entitled to receive free updates to their Oneir Solutions products.
Regular support hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. After hours emergency support is available between the hours of 6:00pm and 10:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am and 9:00pm Saturday and Sunday. All times are EST. See Pricing for more information on the annual support fee.
